Safety Is the Part of This Job Nobody Sees on the Estimate
Exterior cleaning looks simple from the driveway. A truck pulls up, a hose comes off the reel, and the siding gets clean. What the homeowner does not see is a technician on a ladder at second story height, a surface cleaner running on a wet roofline, hot water at high pressure, and cleaning solutions that need correct mixing, storage, and rinsing.

Program One
Pressure Washer Safety Training
The Pressure Washer Safety program covers the equipment side of our work: safe machine handling, correct ladder use, and chemical safety. That matters on nearly every job we run, from a soft wash on a two story home in Bourbonnais to a hot water flat surface clean on a restaurant pad in Bradley.
Pressure and chemistry both do damage when a technician guesses. Training gives our crew a set process instead of a guess, which protects the person running the wand and the property they are standing on.

Window cleaning puts a technician at height more often than any other service we sell. The Window Cleaner Safety program covers fall protection and compliance for both high work and residential work, and it is the reason our crew reaches for a water fed pole instead of a ladder whenever the ground can do the job.

The Safety Advocate Program Keeps It Going
A certificate on the wall does nothing on a wet roofline in October. That is why we also use the Safety Advocate Program, the mobile platform built by Expert Safety Services to carry OSHA 1910 compliance into daily field work.
It gives our crew safety meeting forms, equipment inspection forms, a written safety manual, and job hazard analysis tools that live on a phone in the truck. Safety stops being a class our team attended once and becomes part of how a work day starts.
New hires go through the same track. Anyone we bring on at Green Pro Services completes the training before running a job on their own, and every technician stays in the program as long as they wear our shirt.
