Most people wait until the siding turns green or the gutters overflow before they call. By then the problem costs more to fix. Clean Club flips that around. We build a service calendar for your property, put every visit on the books ahead of time, and take care of it on schedule.
Priority Scheduling
Members get booked first. When spring gutter season and fall window season fill up, your dates are already reserved. Need something added in a hurry? Club calls go to the top of the list.
Member Pricing
Window cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing are all discounted for members. You pay less per visit than a one time customer pays for the same work.

This is the plan most of our members pick. It covers the four things that keep a property looking sharp from January to December.

One annual house wash. Soft wash on siding, soffit, fascia and trim to pull off the green algae, dirt and cobwebs without blasting your paint or forcing water behind the siding.

Spring and fall gutter cleaning. Two visits a year. Spring clears out what winter left behind, fall clears the leaves before the freeze so water is not sitting in your gutters in December.

Window cleaning twice a year. One visit is the full package, meaning glass inside and out plus screens and tracks. The second visit is exterior glass only to knock the season back off without going through the house again.

All concrete and patio flatwork once a year. Driveway, sidewalks, walkways, patio and porch surface cleaned with a flat surface cleaner for an even finish, no zebra stripes.

15% off every other service we offer. Roof cleaning, fence and deck washing, rust removal, all inclusive Christmas light installation and anything else on our service list.
15% Off Christmas Lights
Clean Club members take 15% off our all inclusive Christmas light installation. That covers the custom cut commercial grade LEDs, the install, the timer, maintenance all season and takedown and storage in January.
Members also get first pick of install dates before the calendar fills up in November.

It is a membership plan for exterior cleaning. Instead of calling us every time something looks dirty, we set your services for the year in advance. Members get priority scheduling, discounted pricing on window cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing, and 15% off every other service we offer.

No. We build Clean Club plans for both residential and commercial customers. Commercial accounts usually run on a monthly or quarterly cycle for storefront glass, entryway concrete and building washing.
