02 Description of Services

Green Pro Services of Kankakee LLC provides residential and light commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Pressure washing of driveways, walkways, patios, and decks
• Soft wash house washing for siding, brick, and stucco
• Window cleaning
• Gutter cleaning
• Roof soft washing
• Christmas light installation, maintenance, and removal

We serve homeowners and property managers in Kankakee County and Will County, Illinois, including Kankakee, Bourbonnais, Manteno, Frankfort, New Lenox, and Mokena.

03 Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or on-site are estimates based on the information available at the time and are not binding contracts until confirmed in writing or accepted verbally at the time of scheduling.

Final pricing may vary from an initial estimate if the actual condition of the property differs from what was described or visible at the time the estimate was prepared, for example due to excessive buildup, hidden damage, or additional square footage. We will always communicate any pricing changes to you before beginning work.

04 Scheduling & Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly if a scheduled appointment needs to be rescheduled due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.

05 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in advance in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking. Invoices and payment reminders may be sent by email or text message, consistent with the communication preferences you select.

06 Property Access & Conditions

You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas of your property where service is to be performed, including access to an exterior water source and electrical outlet where applicable. Please secure or move pets, vehicles, outdoor furniture, and any fragile or valuable items prior to our arrival.

We take reasonable precautions to protect landscaping and surrounding surfaces, including wetting down vegetation before and after applying cleaning solutions. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions that become more visible once a surface is cleaned.

07 Service Guarantee & Liability

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results of a completed service, contact us promptly and we will work with you to make it right.

Green Pro Services of Kankakee LLC carries general liability insurance. While we take every reasonable precaution, exterior cleaning involves water, pressure, and cleaning solutions that can interact unpredictably with aged, damaged, or improperly installed surfaces. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions not caused by our work. Any claim of damage caused by our service must be reported to us within a reasonable time after the service date so that we may inspect and address it.

08 Communications & SMS Terms

By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent box on our website, you agree to receive communications from Green Pro Services of Kankakee LLC by text message (SMS), consistent with the consent you provide.
