- Automatic timer. Your display turns on at dusk and shuts off overnight without you thinking about it.
- Season long maintenance. If a strand goes dark after an ice storm or a squirrel gets curious, you call us and we come fix it. That is included.
- January takedown and storage. We pull everything down after the holidays and store your lights at our shop until next season. Your garage stays yours.

Most people who call us are not lazy. They are done with the ladder. Kankakee County roofs get slick fast once the temperature drops, and a frosted shingle at eight in the morning is not a place to be balancing on an aluminum extension ladder. This year Green Pro Services is also an official sponsor of A Light Walk at Perry Farm Park, the new holiday light display put on by the Friends of the Bourbonnais Township Park District Foundation. Our crew hangs the lights on the barn rooflines, helps plan the layout, and runs the electrical for the event. Half of our sponsorship goes to the Foundation's Youth Camp Scholarship Fund and half goes back into growing the walk. Christmas Light Installation in Manteno, IL 60950
Manteno is a short run up Route 50 for us, and we install throughout 60950. The village has grown a lot, and the newer subdivisions on the north and west sides have the kind of clean, defined rooflines that light up beautifully. Older homes closer to downtown usually take a different approach, with more focus on porch columns, wrapped trees, and window frames instead of one long roof run.
Either way we design around the house instead of forcing one layout on every property. When we quote a Manteno home we walk the front, look at where the power is, and tell you what will actually look good rather than selling you the biggest package on the list.

Commercial work runs on a schedule, so we set your install date in advance and hit it. Maintenance matters even more here, because a dark section on a business front reads as neglect. That is covered the same way it is for homeowners.

Installers in this area book up. We start taking Christmas light bookings in late summer, run installs from late October through early December, and every year we turn people away in the last week of November because the route is full.
Booking early gets you three things. You choose your install week instead of taking what is left. Your lights get measured and cut before the rush. And you lock in current pricing.
